Making Your Own Kits

I think I'm ready to take the plunge and try to make my own kit! But....I'm not sure where to start! Can anyone point to some tuts? I've read a couple already, and they've been helpful...but I'm having a hard time finding other ones that would show me more.

Any resources you could tell me about would be GREAT!

What program are you using?

I use both Creative Memories and PSP X2 for scrapping. I've got a decent knowledge base on using PSP...but I know I'm not tapping its full potential.
